- Opening hours: between thr. 7th of January until the 15th of December, the museum is open every Sunday, between 12:30 and 17:00. Extraordinary openings are advertized in their website.
- Accessibility: the exterior paving of the museum is cobblestone. The museum building has smooth paving and mostly no bumps (there is one more than 2 cm to access the photo exhibition and accessible bathroom). The photographic exhibition is accessible but the entrance to the historic trams is not.
- Café: accessible with a wheelchair.
- Toilets: there is an accessible toilet in the museum, and it is located on the ground floor.
