! All these general terms and conditions apply in addition to the ANVR Travel Conditions as they read from 01-11-2020 !
General Provisions and Definitions
Travel organizer: The person who, in the conduct of his business, offers pre-organized trips to the public or to a group of people in his own name (Accessibletravel.nl).
Travel agreement: Agreement to provide an organized trip with overnight stay of more than 24 hours and at least two of the following services: transport, accommodation, other significant tourist service.
- a. the other party of the travel organization (Accessibletravel.nl).
- b. the person for whose benefit the trip has been stipulated and who has accepted that stipulation.
- c. the person to whom the legal relationship to the travel organization (Accessibletravel.nl) has been transferred.
Travel agreement: Agreement to provide an organized trip with overnight stay of more than 24 hours and at least two of the following services: transport, accommodation, other significant tourist service.
Traveler:
a. the other party of the travel organization (Accessibletravel.nl).
b. the person for whose benefit the trip has been stipulated and who has accepted that stipulation.
c. the person to whom the legal relationship to the travel organization (Accessibletravel.nl) has been transferred.
Booking office: The company (travel agency or other intermediary) that mediates between the traveler and Accessibletravel.nl in concluding the travel agreement. This lapses if you immediately conclude your travel agreement with Accessibletravel.nl in Zwolle. This is further referred to as direct booking.
Supplier: These are the companies that take care of the execution of (part of) your booking.
Working days: The days Monday to Friday, excluding legally recognized holidays.
Office hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:30.
These ANVR Traveler Terms and Conditions apply to all travel agreements of the travel organization accessibletravel.nl. Furthermore, the following additional Accessible Travel Netherlands additional conditions apply to all our trips
Government information on travel
If you apply for your destination 4 weeks before departure CODE GREEN, as stated on the government’s website nederlandwereldwijd.nl, there are no safety risks and you can then travel as usual. If you do want to cancel, you can cancel your booked trip against our low ‘Feel Free Warranty’ cancellation costs. These costs differ from the standard ANVR cancellation costs. You make the remaining payment for your trip 6 weeks before departure.
Does your destination apply 4 weeks before departure CODE YELLOW as stated on the government website nederlandwereldwijd.nl – there are safety risks – and you no longer want to go on holiday because of this? Then you can cancel your booked trip against our low ‘Feel Free Warranty’ cancellation costs. These costs differ from the standard ANVR cancellation costs. You make the remaining payment for your trip 6 weeks before departure.
If CODE ORANGE applies to your destination 4 weeks before departure, only necessary trips are allowed. Accessibletravel.nl will then cancel your planned trip. In this case, we will discuss with you whether we will convert the trip to another date or cancel it and refund the payment made. The ‘Feel Free Warranty’ then no longer applies.

The costs of the change request will be announced in advance.
In addition to Article 4.1 of the ANVR travel conditions
With an internet booking, the traveler is bound after a confirmation from Accessibletravel.nl, unless the traveler can invoke the right of withdrawal within 24 hours (working days). In this regard, we would like to refer to article 1.3 of the ANVR travel conditions.
In addition to article 8.2.1 of the ANVR travel conditions.
The tour operator will provide the traveler with the necessary travel documents no later than 10 calendar days before the day of departure (for private transport trips: before the arrival date of the first booked stay), unless this is reasonably cannot be expected from the tour operator.
In addition to article 9.2 of the ANVR travel conditions
The Accessible Travel Netherlands “Feel Free Warranty” provisions:
Cancellation costs - Accessible Travel Netherlands composite or package holidays
- Contrary to the ANVR travel conditions, the following cancellation costs apply up to 6 weeks before the date of departure; for each combination of (only refundable) flights, accommodations and rental car € 100,00 per person with a maximum of € 500,00 per reservation.
The regular ANVR cancellation conditions apply from 6 weeks before departure.
Important
- Accessible Travel Netherlands, if the destination of the trip still has code orange when booking the trip, only sets package holidays together with refundable airfares. If this is not possible, this flight cannot be included in the package holiday.
- Accessible Travel Netherlands cancels, in consultation with you, your reservation from 30 days before departure date with a code orange or red at the destination in question (with the exception of destination the Netherlands).
- When we book tickets from Transavia, we use the Flex rate. This has favorable rebooking conditions. Refunds (for example with "code orange") are not possible for these tickets. Ask our staff for more information.
- For airline tickets, accommodations and cars with non-refundable rates, the cancellation costs stated at the time of booking apply.
Cancellation costs - Separate travel components:
In addition to the ANVR booking conditions, Accessible Travel Netherlands uses additional conditions for individual travel components.
- Flight cancellation costs: € 35.00 per ticket.
- Cancellation costs accommodations: € 35.00 per hotel booking with a maximum of € 100.00 per reservation.
- Cancellation costs rental cars: € 25.00 per car reservation.
- For airline tickets, accommodations and cars with non-refundable rates, the cancellation costs stated at the time of booking apply.
Important
- When we book tickets from Transavia, we use the Flex rate. This has favorable rebooking conditions. Refunds (for example with "code orange") are not possible for these tickets. Ask our staff for more information.
- For hotels/apartments, etc. booked separately, the provisions of the ANVR booking conditions always apply to Accessible Travel Netherlands.
Additional terms and conditions for the Book Rest assured:
- Valid for all trips departing from April 1, 2021.
- Offers of airline tickets are excluded.
- For airline tickets, accommodations, motorhome rental, cruises, train journeys and cars with (partly) non-refundable rates, the cancellation costs stated when booking apply (see also Article 9.4 of the ANVR conditions).
- The deposit made minus the costs as stated in this table will be refunded within 14 days of the date of cancellation. If the selected/reserved services do not apply to the 'Feel Free Warranty', the standard ANVR provisions apply.
- If the selected/reserved services do not apply to the 'Feel Free Warranty', the standard ANVR provisions apply.
- The cancellation provisions as included in Article 9 of the ANVR travel conditions apply from 6 weeks from the date of departure.
In addition to article 9.4 of the ANVR travel conditions
- 1) If a trip is composed of different parts to which different cancellation provisions apply, the specific provisions of the supplier apply per part. At the latest when booking, it will be indicated whether specific cancellation provisions apply to parts of the trip in addition to the above "Feel Free Warranty".
- 2a) In addition to Article 1; For cruises, scheduled service trips (see 2b), motorhome rental (see 2c), train trips (2d) adventure trips, round trips, private transport trips for the rental of motor boats or sailing yachts, resp. travel with visits to national parks incl. "amusement parks" or visits to cultural or sporting events, and travel outside Europe and the Mediterranean countries may deviate from the "Feel Free Warranty" provisions, cancellation conditions. If this is the case, you will receive this information at the same time as your quotation/quotation.
- 2b) For scheduled services applies; for promotional rates (this is specifically stated in the quotation) and if tickets have been issued, always 100% cancellation costs.
In addition to article 9.9 of the ANVR travel conditions
If, in the special circumstances referred to in this article, the airline makes a voucher available for your reservation for the value of the flights booked for this reservation, the value of this will apply as part of the refund referred to in this article by the organizer. This voucher value is then part of the stated refund by the organizer.
In addition to article 10.1 of the ANVR travel conditions
Cancellation by the traveler (cancellation)
- 1) When the agreement is concluded, a deposit of 20% of the total agreed travel sum must be paid. For cruises, scheduled trips, round trips (including motorhome rental), adventure trips, private transport trips, for the rental of motor boats or sailing yachts, resp. travel with visits to national parks incl. “amusement parks” or visits to cultural or sporting events and from travel outside Europe and the Mediterranean countries, different deposit conditions apply. These are covered by the down payment. You will receive this information in your quotation/quotation.
- 2) The remainder of the travel sum must be in the possession of the booking office no later than six weeks before the day of departure or, in the case of a direct booking, in the possession of the tour operator. This term is in line with the "Feel Free Warranty".
- 3) If the agreement is concluded within six weeks before the day of departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.
After booking you will always receive an invoice/confirmation. We recommend that you always check these for correctness. If there are inaccuracies, you must report this to us immediately.
