- Lift: available for every floor.
- Accessibility: the exterior paving of the museum is cobblestone. The museum building has smooth paving and mostly no bumps (there is one more than 2 cm to access the photo exhibition and accessible bathroom). Wide and spacious corridors. Artwork descriptions placed at a low height from the floor.
- Café: accessible with a wheelchair. The counter is too high, but orders are taken at the table. The floor is made of small stone tiles. The space under the table is limited.
- Toilets: there is an accessible toilet in the museum, and it is located on the ground floor.
- Rental: available wheelchairs and rollator for rent. Request them in advance.
- Service dogs: accepted.
- Chaperone: Visitors who cannot visit the museum independently may bring one companion free of charge. Please inform the museum desk. Staff may request an (OV) companion card, Autipas, or a doctor’s note confirming assistance is needed.
