If you’d like an accessible stay in Amsterdam on a low budget, we have found the perfect place for you!

Stayokay Zeeburg is located east of the city centre in a peaceful part of Amsterdam, close to a few popular museums, the Dapper Market and the Oosterpark. Stayokay Zeeburg is a clean, comfortable and friendly hostel. It offers 500 beds, a lively restaurant and a cosy bar. The hostel is situated in an old typically Amsterdam building and had been renovated from the inside, as such it gives a modern feel. This Stayokay (the chain has more hostels across the Netherlands) offers great spatial accessibility for people with a disability. People using a wheelchair for example can move around freely as everything is accessible without stairs, steps or other barriers. The hostel has three spacious rooms with accessible bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet with support rails, an adapted washbasin, a shower chair and shower without barriers. The rooms have 5 beds, of which 2 bunk beds and one single beds. The beds can be moved around in the room to create the perfect situation for you. Even though the rooms have 5 beds, they may also be occupied by one, two, three or four people. Stayokay also has an accessible restaurant area, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are services. All meals self-service.

T he city centre can be reached easily by tram 14, which can take you right to the city centre (Waterlooplein, Rembrandtplein, Dam).
