Lots of new information is added about accessibility of parks in the Netherlands! Find out about access to Floriade 2012, Keukenhof, National Park de Hoge Veluwe and family park de Efteling.

All parks are assessed accessible and offer good services for all. Floriade 2012 is held once in ten years and is now held in Venlo, near the German border. The World Horticultural Expo covers 66 hectares and encompasses 5 unique themes worlds separated by wooded areas. The architecture and flower park is very spacious and also the cable car which takes you to the other side of the park is accessible for wheelchairs.

In the Netherlands Keukenhof is famous for its accessibility, as the park offers wheelchairs for free (reservations required), paths are wide and flat and accessible toilets are spread throughout the park.

National Park the Hoge Veluwe is still to be discovered by our international guests as it has all the bikes available you could ever think of! Twin bikes, tricycles, wheelchair bikes and more. Discover this unique natural part of the Netherlands on a bike!

The Efteling already gets many guests from our neighboring countries Belgium and Germany! This family park is based on fairy tales and is unique in the world. The park offers fun for young and old and offers access for people with disabilties to almost all attractions, shows and restaurants.
